*gulp* 75 Hard.
As I alluded to in my previous post, I have attempted and failed 75 Hard too many times to count. Up until this point, all my attempts and failures have been private. Nothing to lose because well, who’d know? I’m done with that. Done with compromising. Done with procrastinating. Done with not seeing things through. I restarted 75 Hard today more determined than ever to see it through. People say insanity is doing the same again and again, expecting different results. So what else is different this time besides a can do attitude? Going public…with weekly check ins. Not only does sharing your goals and struggles with others help keep…

Following Fitness Challenges.
Fun fact: I am someone who THRIVES with structure. Rules and guidelines? Um, yes please! Which is why I’m always looking for my next challenge. There’s one I’ve been attempting to complete for a loooong time, “numberadjective”. (Yeah, that one.) This challenge involves committing to a set of daily tasks for 75 consecutive days. There’s no right or wrong way to arrange your vision board. Play around with different layouts until your board…

I did Dopey! Now what?
With Dopey 2024 in the rearview mirror, the question I keep getting (from others and myself) is, “What Next?” While I don’t have a clear short term goal just yet, I do know that it most likely will not be another Dopey. Don’t get me wrong. Dopey was EPIC. I’m glad I did it. I would recommend the experience to anyone looking to challenge themselves. But for me personally, the thought of doing Dopey again is kind of like the mundane feeling you get playing a video game after you’ve already beaten it. Like, I’ve already done it, so why do it again? Not to mention the $$$. Registration, travel,…

A Word for 2024.
As 2023 came to a close, I found myself prayerfully searching for my word for 2024. This something that I like to do every year. If you’ve never done this before, it’s a great way to set an intention, focus on personal growth, or guide your actions and mindset throughout the year. Keep reading to learn more! Prayer and Reflection I started this process with prayer, asking God for insight into the areas of my life that needed attention, growth, or transformation in the coming year. I also took some time to reflect on the lessons, challenges, and blessings of the past year. One thing that stood out to me…
